1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Scale Craft India, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Do not share your password. Report any unauthorized activity immediately. One account per user is allowed.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use the platform only for lawful business operations. Spamming, harassment, distributing malware, or copyright violations are strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle. Unsuccessful payments have a 7-day grace period. Prices may change, but we will provide at least 30 days advance notice.
5. Service Availability
We guarantee a 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance schedules will be shared in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure events.
6. Data Ownership
All data you upload remains yours. We may aggregate anonymized usage data to run business analytics. Your data is deleted 30 days after account closure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Scale Craft India code, interface design, branding, and assets belong exclusively to us. Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing our codebase is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scale Craft India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses. Our maximum liability is capped at the subscription fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
